- If an order is placed after 3:00 PM (EST), it will be processed the next business day.
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may take slightly longer.
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

4. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
- We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $100.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes on international orders.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your order directly on our website or the carrierโs website.
- If you do not receive tracking details within 3 days of placing your order, please contact us.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
- Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” but reported missing. Please check with your local carrier or file a claim.
- Delays: If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, contact us for assistance.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
- If an incorrect address is provided, and the package is returned, the customer must cover re-shipping costs.
- We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
8. Returns Due to Failed Delivery
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs duties, or failure to pick up the package, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
- If a refund is requested, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
