1. Eligibility for Returns

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
  • The item must not be a final sale, clearance, or personalized product, as these are non-refundable.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  2. Receive Approval – Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item – Send the item back using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Inspection & Processing – Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.

4. Exchanges
